Cost of post and packing by total order value:

Initial shipments will only be made to the registered address of credit card holders

Returns:

For any return of product please email us to advise beforehand. We will issue a RMA authorisation number and instructions on how to return the goods.

All goods are covered by our 10 day money back guarantee. (Shipping costs not refundable)

Faulty Goods:

Must be notified as faulty within guarantee period.

When Returning Items: All returned items must be adequately packaged (preferably in the original packaging). We takes no responsibility for any damage to items that are not packaged adequately and damaged in transit to Retractacable.
Please ensure that you enclose:
Your returns number (RMA)
Details of why you are returning the items
All packaging, CDs, manuals and cables etc

Remember: When parcels are delivered inspect them immediately for damage and if they are damaged do not accept them.

Goods returned as faulty will be replaced or credited within 7 days of receipt.
